Lenita McCallum


Lenita (Phi Iota) a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, MN, received the M.M. degree from the Eastman School of Music, Rochester, NY, with Performer's Certificates in both Voice and Opera.  A Fulbright Scholar to the Mozarteum, Salzburg, Austria, she continued her studies in the US, Todd Duncan and Natalie Limonick and sang professionally with the Washington Opera and other opera companies. She served Mu Phi Epsilon as the International 3rd Vice President, as a director on the Mu Phi Epsilon Foundation and as District Director in the Pacific Southwest Province.  A member of ACME, she is active as a chamber recitalist and a private studio teacher. Her other affiliations include Music Teachers Ass’n of CA Lenita also is also on the board of the Los Angeles chapter of NATS.
