Adriana Manfredi, MFA/ mezzo-soprano, completed music studies at Oberlin Conservatory and CalArts. Currently on the rosters of the Los Angeles Master Chorale and Los Angeles Opera Chorus, she enjoys her varied and adventurous musical life. Recent solo credits include Berg's Lyric Suite (Diotima Quartet; Jacaranda Music), as well as appearances at the Hear Now festival, Ravinia Festival, and as featured soloist on the David Lang/ Calder Quartet/ LA Master Chorale album the national anthems. In 2018 she completed a 12-year vocal instructor tenure in the Classical Voice conservatory of the Orange County School of the Arts (Santa Ana). In 2018-19 she joined the Peter Sellars international tour of Lagrime di San Pietro by di Lasso (The Tears of St. Peter/ LA Master Chorale), a staged concert for 21 a cappella voices- it was most recently received with accolades at the Salzburg Festspiele. Her voice can be heard on numerous feature film soundtracks, including Frozen, Big Hero 6, The Last Jedi and Minions.
She maintains a private studio in Long Beach, where she loves to teach all ages of singers, but specializes in K-12, changing voices, and aging voices. Additionally, Adriana is a dedicated rhythm tap dancer, early childhood music educator, mother to two sons, and producer of community music gatherings. Affiliations: AGMA/ SAG-AFTRA /NATS / MTAC.
