The SEP Extravaganza Recital was conceived in January 2016, to celebrate the winners of our NATS Student Auditions - Los Angeles Chapter - Student Evaluation Program.

This season, these auditions will be held on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, at Fullerton College, in Fullerton.  

The purpose of our Student Evaluation Program is to provide an opportunity for student singers to perform before a panel of outstanding NATS adjudicators in a positive and constructive format.  Singers receive written evaluations to assist them in growing as performers and musicians.  This year, rather than having students wait until the end of the audition day to receive their awards and perform in the Awards Recital, students will instead be invited to attend the SEP Extravaganza Recital in January, where they will receive their awards and enjoy performances from 1st place winners.

1st place winners in each division and category will be invited to perform in this showcase recital - our SEP Extravaganza. Here, you will be presented with the accomplishments of some of our best singers, representing all age groups, in Classical, Musical Theater, Contemporary Commercial Music (Pop, Jazz. etc.) and Hall Johnson Spiritual categories.
