Los Angeles-based Soprano, Claire Pegram, student of Elizabeth Hynes, earned the Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the A.J. Opera Institute in North Carolina, and the Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Michigan. Ms. Pegram sings with both the LA Opera Chorus and the Los Angeles Master Chorale, recently performing Mozart's Great Mass in C minor, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and more great works under the batons of Esa-Pekka Salonen and Gustavo Dudamel at Disney Concert Hall. Some opera roles Ms. Pegram has enjoyed singing are Sophie in Massenet's Werther and Tisbe in La Cenerentola. NATS-LA warmly congratulates Ms. Pegram as she presents her YAA winner's recital!
