A gifted singer, Shannon has performed as a soprano soloist with the Pacific Symphony and has sung operatic roles & oratorio solos with Opera of the Foothills, Antelope Valley Symphony, Bakersfield Symphony, California State University Fullerton’s Opera Theater, International Lyric Academy of Rome, and Blue Danube Musikimpresario of Bulgaria. She was previously on the faculty of the Orange County School of the Arts, and is currently Vice President and Sonata/Sonatina Festival Director of the Lakewood-Cerritos branch of Music Teachers’ Association of California. In addition to performing with “Intangible You” and classical trio “Musika Anima”, she frequently serves as a judge for local music competitions and maintains a private piano and voice studio in Cerritos and online.
